• Duration: The team-building classes typically last approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, including eating time. During this immersive experience, you’ll not only learn how to make pasta but also enjoy the fruits of your labor together. 🍝👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

• Price: The cost per person for these group classes is $75/person. It’s a fantastic value for the hands-on learning and delicious results you’ll achieve. 🤑

• Options to choose from: (5 person minimum)​

  • Raviolis and Tortelloni​: Each person make the pasta using the volcano method and you will make a savory filled pasta consisting of prosciutto, ricotta, and roasted garlic. Each person makes enough to feed 2 to 3 people. We can customize the filling for you and get additional ingredients like mushrooms, spinach, etc. (Option to add cavatelli pasta add $25/person)​

  • Pasta101, Sauces & Cavatelli: Each person will make Cavatelli Pasta, the semolina and water pasta by hand and in groups of 4 to 5 make fresh egg pasta together from scratch using a KitchenAid mixer. As a group, you will make either red sauce or white sauce. The pasta you make you get to eat after class. (Crowd Favorite) 

  • Making two Dough from Scratch: Groups of two will create two different doughs from scratch. One of them is the cavatelli pasta, and the other is an egg pasta using the volcano method. The egg pasta can be stretched out to make delightful shapes like garganelli, spaghetti, or fettuccine. 🍲🥚​

  • Ricotta and Spinach Gnocchi: Each person makes ricotta and spinach gnocchi. The gnocchi’s you make you will eat after class with a choice of red or white sauce to accommodate. Option to add cavatelli pasta add $25/person)​

• Customizable Experience: Just like their regular classes, the team-building sessions are 100% customizable. Whether you want to focus on specific pasta shapes, explore unique flavors, or dive into various techniques, Danjoy’s Homemade Pasta can tailor the class to your group’s preferences, while the focus is primarily on the art of pasta-making, you can certainly enhance your pasta dishes with protein. Here are some options: $10/person

  • Grilled Chicken: Sliced grilled chicken breast pairs wonderfully with various pasta shapes.

  • Shrimp: Succulent shrimp adds a delightful seafood twist to your pasta.

  • Italian Sausage: Flavorful Italian sausage complements tomato-based sauces.

  • Meatballs: Homemade meatballs made with beef and pork. we can customize them as well. Option to make them from scratch during class $30/person

  • Get half off other classes when booking multiple classes at the same time. Expect for class to run a little longer.
